The Pracademic Action Research Initiative for Multidisciplinary Approach Lab (PARIMAL) addresses critical issues in Law Enforcement, Policing, Justice Delivery, Governance, and Development. Initiating Evidence-Based Policing

Madhya Pradesh Police pioneers' evidence-based policy and practice through the Training Branch and Police Academy. Institutionalization of action-based research and analytical approaches fuels innovation.

DG Research and Policy Cell

Established in 2016, this cell evaluates police performance, documents innovations, and conducts systematic action research. Mandated to experiment with changes before scaling up new strategies, contributing to large-scale improvements in orientation and service delivery.

Leadership Vision and Continuity

Founded with a vision for evidence-based police reforms by former DGP Shri Rishi Shukla. Sustained and institutionalized by successive DGs, ensuring a multifaceted role in enhancing the police image through evidence-based policies.
